Delivery Policy
We will ship your items as soon as we can to ensure they arrive in time for your event, this will usually be a Tuesday or Wednesday if the booking is made early enough.
We ship all of our orders on overnight courier or Saturday delivery if this has been selected but please understand sometimes there are postal delays and we cannot control this. We automatically block out three days prior and three days following your selected rental date to allow enough time to an item to be sent to you and returned to us.
All of our orders are sent through Nz Post or Courier post, these companies only deliver Monday - Friday unless you have specified Saturday delivery
You will receive your tracking number in an email once your order has been picked up by the courier, please contact us if you have not received an email with your tracking number.
Please note you are responsible for tracking your order and if any issues arise you will need to contact courier post immediately.
Overnight delivery is estimated to arrive overnight however there can be shipping delays and this is outside of our control. If you are ordering to a rural address please ensure you select this option at checkout and allow and extra 1-3 days for your order to arrive. We are not liable if your order does not arrive in time.
If you incorrectly select pickup instead of shipping at checkout please let us know asap! We will correct this and ship out asap however we will not offer any form of refund if your order does not arrive in time due to this. Please double check you have selected the correct delivery method when checking out.
If you have selected pickup as your delivery option you will be contacted via email 1 working day prior to your selected booking date with all the information required. Pickups are available from Swannanoa and will come with a pre paid return post bag for you to return to us.
If you are after a last minute rental please contact us before you order as we are always happy to help out and can deliver to you pending on location.
All items must be returned to the post office the first business day following your rental date, they need to be handed into the counter before 4pm in the return post bag supplied with your rental. Please DO NOT place returns in a street postal box as these can go up to 5 days without being cleared and you will be responsible for late fees, late fees are the full rental price for each week this is not returned until you reach 20 working days in which you will be charged the full RRP of the dress. If you post an item back via regular post (not in our prepaid return bag) you are liable for any items stolen or lost.
If you lose the return packaging provided to you (the prepaid return bag), you are solely responsible for the return of the items at your own cost by the expected return date and upon arranging alternative return of the goods you shall provide Wear My Wardrobe with a tracking number. This MUST be put with overnight tracking not just tracked, you must ensure there is a yellow overnight courier sticker added by the checkout teller. Normal tracked parcels may arrive 3-5 days late and therefore you will be liable for late fees.
