Ensure peace of mind throughout your rental period!

Our damage waiver provides coverage for minor damages outside of regular wear and tear (slight fraying, small stains), eliminating the possibility of an extra fee in case of damage, allowing you to fully enjoy your dress stress-free!

Covered instances include:

  • Rips or small breakages (typically $15-$30 for repairs)
  • Minor and major tailoring such as zip replacements and hemming ($35-$85)
  • Special dry-cleaning for heavily stained garments ($80)

Please note that this waiver does not cover the cost of a complete write-off. In the event of irreparable damage, you are responsible for the replacement costs as per our rental agreement. 

Standard terms and conditions apply; the damage waiver excludes theft/misplacement, delivery issues, and incorrect or late returns of the garment. Refer to our full Rental Agreement for complete details.

POSTAL TRY ON INFORMATION

Following your try on if you would like to book your rental please contact us and we will send you through a discount code to redeem $10 off your rental price. Each postal try on will come with a tag attached, this is not to be removed unless you are wanting to rent the item. Any items returned without tags attached will automatically be classed as being rented and you will be billed the full rental amount.

BACK UP DRESS OPTION

Struggling to decide on a dress for an event or worried about sizing? Our backup dress option is perfect for when you're not 100% decided on what to rent and would like more than one option!

By using the code BACKUPDRESS at checkout you will receive 80% off the lower priced item

When you receive your order, you will be sent both garments, each with an attached security tag. Simply try on both and choose which you love more. Cut the security tag off ONLY the one you are going to wear and return both to us in the return postal bag supplied.

 IMPORTANT: If the garments are returned to us with BOTH tags cut off, you will be required to pay for the full rental of both garments.
